Michelle Malkin: Obamnesty Falls Apart. American Workers Win.

Well, this should make the crapweasels in D.C. listen.

On Monday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals told the immigration power-grabbers in the Obama administration to stuff it.

The amnesty sympathizers in the media mourned mightily.

"Appeals court rules against Obama's plan to protect about 5 million people from deportation," the Associated Press spun.

"Court again blocks Obama's plan to protect undocumented migrants," the left-wing U.K. Guardian decried.

"President Barack Obama's executive action to shield millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation suffered a legal setback on Monday with an appeal to the Supreme Court now the administration's only option," Reuters reported.

Or rather, editorialized in the guise of reporting.

By a 2-1 decision, the federal judges handed a landmark victory to 26 states, led by Texas, that forcefully challenged the legality of Obama's executive amnesty overreach. The 5th Circuit majority ruled that the states' case was "likely to succeed on its merits" and that a lower court's injunction against the White House was "impressive and thorough." Judge Jerry Smith summed up: "At its core, this case is about the (Department of Homeland Security) Secretary's decision to change the immigration classification of millions of illegal aliens on a class-wide basis."

There is a reason he is not running for reelection to his senate seat and nobody is talking about it. Its because he will not be reelected to a damn thing in florida ever.

Immigration is an issue that clearly illustrates that elites of both Parties represent treasonous and anti-American forces and cabals.

Concurring BTTT.

There is a laundry list of issues on which these two conspiratorial groups agree and cooperatively militate against the People.

The leading issues on the list are socialized medicine (they aren't through with us yet) and immigration. Defense policy is another area of agreement, as anti-American Stalinist 'Rats and "wooden-gun" Republicans work to remove America's military capabilities and divert defense appropriations.

It's a marriage made in a whorehouse.

just as the Romans never used any official languages except Latin and Greek.

And THAT eventually tore them apart with the Eastern and Western Empires, too big and too differnt from each other.

Strange.

Not to diss Trump’s new spokeswoman, but, if he’d chosen MM, the fireworks could really commence!

Yea except Spanish was spoken here way before John Smith or the Pilgrims and will continue to be spoken here until the end of history. Sorry.

I didn't suggest that the use of other languages be banned, which would be unconstitutional as well as absurd.

I said the language of all official documents and implied that the language of instruction as well should be English only.

It's funny to me that the same pious frauds in the Federal courts who insist on translations of ballots and other official documents won't even consider a claim made by a non-English speaker that they did not understand a law or regulation because it was published only in English or in a bad translation.

For example, I've seen some really bad translations of drivers manuals.

Ce que j'ai dit est pas trop difficile a comprendre, non?

Well, not really: what split the Empire was the need for an emperor to be present at two fronts simultaneously: the Germans in the West and the Sassanids in the East.

More precisely, it was impossible to have two large, mobile armies without an emperor to keep careful watch over each one lest they proclaim their own general Caesar.
