There’s not a single article or interview about it. Even last night, he side-stepped it. His answer was brilliant and correct, but he left out a crucial point.

Try quoting me on that sometime. If I ever appeared to claim they were, it was either sarcasm or a typo. So good luck.

Cruz has drafted actual legislation. He’s a safe borders champion. It’s long established.
