i wish Trump would have corrected him. I worry because Trump is up against the world, has to play defense all the time. Not fair but if anyone can handle it, he’s the one.
Yes, TPP is bad for the US. *But* China cannot just one day decide to join. There are conditions China would have to agree to on tariff levels and non-tariff barriers, conditions that for whatever reason they are not prepared to concede yet.
I wish someone would vet that lying winch. Putin does not meet with people to discuss buying computers. She has repeated the same lines in every debate. She’s gonna send in the 7th Fleet, she’s gonna rebuild the military, she’s gonna do a no zone over Syria. Yes General Carly is tough as hell. Blah, Blah, blah.
Maybe in a few days she’ll go up to 4%.
I’m pretty damn happy with the Drudge poll. My fav three are the top three!
(I’d love a Trump/Cruz ticket, too.)
How’s this: You come up with a (maximum) 2000 word document declaring the new Federal rules for “income determination”, and a one page form to be filled out, whose “bottom line then goes onto the line for net income on the revised “postcard” 1040.
I guarantee you I, with other FReepers, can then come up with dozens (if not many more) serious examples of where some sort of income that should be taxed is left out, a type of income is vaguely or improperly defined, the rules are grossly unfair to some taxpayers over others or in some situations, etc.
This is NOT to say that considerable simplification is impossible, and dear God I would pray it happens, but, as long as there is a Federal income tax, a very significant IRS will exist.
P.S. You are welcome to try making up the rules and the form if you wish! You may come up with some good ideas that can be promoted!
Post of the year, hope you are heard, oops .......... read
Some have teased that Megyn is so Left that she is copying Mika Brezensky, on Morning Joe.
yes, the long hair looked like extensions. She went to long hair quickly a while ago, but I think it was shoulder length without the extensions, now it’s chopped short. Looked crappy long.
Wow, good to know. And did you know that John Kerry served in Vietnam? ;-)
“supposed to be a living agreement”
Yes and not in a good way my friend. It sets up a commission governing the member states and cedes American sovereignty. It also includes immigration provisions you wont’ like.
TPP is bad to the 10th power. Trump is right we need to be making trade agreements with individual countries.
Megyn Kelly showed a clip of her on a talk show a couple of years back, Kimmel, where she said she was in ‘a green room’ with Putin, so she’s full of crap.
Frank Luntz just said the New Hampshire people tell the rest of us how to think. I disagree 1000%. I think for myself, thanks Frank.
Re: Luntz’ groupthink
Although, coming back to them later in the show, a lot of them like Cruz and several of them switched to him. They liked how he was solid and concise.
So who knows....
Trump is not trying to win Dems, every voter in this election knows the minimum wage is a bad idea. The only one who didn’t was the Marxist Brit who axed the question.
What will he do when his prediction fails to materialize?
Cavuto is still on Fox Business right now pushing bank bail outs.
Unbelievable!
It is indeed what we’ve had. But Rubio articulates with more specificity than Obama; Obama just fired off a nebulous sentiment — “Hope and Change”.
Rubio is almost there; he’s just young and hasn’t fully digested his influences — he’s still showing off.
Cruz needs a little more Rubio in him and Rubio needs a little more Cruz...Cruz with a little more Rubio is my first choice of course....
just wrote this above your comment, what Luntz said at the end of his group think session:
Frank Luntz just said the New Hampshire people tell the rest of us how to think. I disagree 1000%. I think for myself, thanks Frank.
Yes, the “guarantee” would have to be something like death by fire ants if not carried through...
Well, I’ll be darned! Kasich’s daddy was a postman? I thought he was telling us that daddy was not transgendered, but was a male man.
Well, that puts a whole new light on things...so, daddy the postman was a female man? Kasich is going for the core Demonrat constituency, eh?
