I accidentally ate a whole bottle of vitamin D. That night I was able to fly faster then a speeding bullet and leap tall buildings in a single bound. It felt good, then I woke up.
And you didn’t take it at night, right ? :) Because Vitamin 5 can disrupt sleep by blocking melatonin. The dosage depends on body weight but it definitely needs to be a morning ritual.
Sheesh. Lucky guy. I get no respect. My doctor gave me sleeping pills and I swallowed the whole bottle. I said “Doc what should I do?’’ He said “Have a couple of drinks and get some rest’’.
