Daylight savings time is here, whether you like it or not. That means more cold weather, less warm sun, and for some people, vitamin D deficiencies, which, like any vitamin deficiency, can cause a host of health problems.
This week, though, researchers completed a preliminary study on vitamin D and found that if you do happen to get enough of this essential vitamin, it not only reduces the risk of heart disease, but also helps you exercise more strenuously, while simultaneously exhibiting lower signs of exertion.

Sheesh. Lucky guy. I get no respect. My doctor gave me sleeping pills and I swallowed the whole bottle. I said “Doc what should I do?’’ He said “Have a couple of drinks and get some rest’’.
You may want to tell them melanoma is caused by lack of sun...the other type of cancer generally on face is likely sunlight caused...but very slow growing and curable/removable

I'm about to take a handful of Vitamin D to enhance my eyesight! ;-)
We take 4,000 units of D3, 100 K2, Tumeric and 2000 units of C every day. We are pretty healthy.
I do turmeric too.
I'm very healthy at 72.

I pop a couple of 5000IUs every other day. Works well for me.
So I should take vitamin K with my D?
Why should you take Vit K with your Vit D?
I take 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily and 100MG of Vitamin K2.
