There is no doubt about this in my mind.

The investigation will drag on until after the election. If Hillary wins there will be no referral of indictment, just a weak apology and an announcement to move on after this vicious, personal "GOP political attack". If she loses the election (unlikely, given the looming massive vote fraud) 0bama will pardon her before he leaves office. It matters not that he can't because he she hasn't been convicted yet. He will because he can get away with it with a GOP-e anxious to "move on".

Cankles will waddle, er, walk. She will either be the next President or move off scot free to running her Foundation.

The Rule of Law is dead in America. The Clinton and 0bama Crime Families have murdered it and their mobs in the street and their termites in the bureaucracy and judicial system won't let it be reinstated. Look no further than #BlackLivesMatter and the collapse of our borders and culture for proof. Lawlessness is epidemic and endemic now and the way things are done.
