Donald Trump has regained some ground lost to Dr. Ben Carson, Reuters' 5-Day Rolling Poll finds. Trump now leads Carson nationally, 27.7 percent to 22.2 percent.
Marco Rubio is now at 12.3 percent, still third place in the race. Ted Cruz is fourth, 8.6 percent.
Jeb Bush is fifth with 6.7 percent of national support. Carly Fiorina is sixth with 3.8 percent, but is currently beaten by "wouldn't vote," which registers 6.1 percent support.
Chris Christie (3.5 percent), Rand Paul (2.9 percent), John Kasich (2.9 percent), Mike Huckabee (2.8 percent), and Bobby Jindal (1.3 percent) round out the GOP candidates above 1 percent.
Christie and Huckabee were dropped Thursday from the main stage of next week's debate, while Kasich and Paul maintained their positions at the primetime debate. The organizers of that debate used an aggregation of polls to determine who would be included.

Trump was hardly going out on a limb, since Sanders calls himself a socialist.
Cruz gets it, I think. I hope he understands we need de-Marxification as much as Germany needed de-Nazification.
I think it’s great Trump knows socialism is lower communism. Most people have no clue. And he got slammed for it by the MSM, while nobody noticed what Cruz said.

It is always obvious who the media is pushing. It’s someone they think will fall in line or someone they think Hillary can beat.
I think Levin was supporting Carson simply because of the media ambush which would never have happened to a dem candidate.
I didn’t get the impression that he was supporting him for the nomination.
What is all this stuff about him writing that a boy he hit his mother with a hammer, and stabbed someone. Tonight I heard that people have tried to find several people he wrote he did bad things to, and they say it never happened. Are the lying, or is/was he trying not to be a goodytwoshoes?
Saunders clearly aims his socialist thoughts at countries like Denmark (which incidentally saved almost all its Jews from the Nazis). That should not be confused with more extreme Socialists who declare themselves Marxist/Leninists and support moves pushed by Putin.
I think he aggrandized his hard case street cred transformation into studious good boy after his epiphany

Now just because Mark Levin, and others, including myself know it’s wrong to JOIN the lib media and pile on Ben Carson does NOT mean he’s our favorite candidate. We just don’t want any favors from the devil, so to speak.
I’m just sick of the double standard. If a Dem claimed West Point had offered him a slot when it hadn’t, he would be ripped (by conservatives) to bloody shreds. That is a fact.
Carson could have said he was told he was a shoo in. He could have specified the offer was informal/unofficial pending the completion of his physical, etc. But he didn’t. He simply said that West Point had offered him a slot.
This didn’t happen.
Now stop harassing me about it.

I’ve got news for you. If a liberal had said exactly what Carson said under exactly the same conditions we would all agree the liberal had hung himself.
Btw, what makes you think Carson is not a liberal? He supports amnesty. He supports Obama’s sovereignty killing TPP. He favors massive gun control. He wants two new Dem senators from Puerto Rico. He favors socialized medicine. He’s taken far left positions re Trayvon Martin and Ferguson. He’s a fan of Al Sharpton.
