And when the ratings are published for this particular show SNL will have him back ASAP.

He’s showing better the older people are. I’ve seen this mentioned before.
His participation was ok. Didn’t strike me as all that great, but he didn’t write the material either.
It may be a long time before he can show up again unless it comes quickly. I think he’s going to be tied up for about eight years.
