Funny, I don’t see HuffPo getting all indignant about sanctuary cities flipping the bird to our immigration laws.

The measure directs the sheriff to decide whether certain state and federal gun laws violate the Second Amendment. If he thinks they do, the county is then banned from using any resources to enforce those laws.I fail to see the problem with this. If the sheriff deems a law 'unconstitutional' he is only prohibited from using RESOURCES to enforce said law.
Hell, Bammy does this everyday.

I also thought this byline was interesting... "P.S. This is illegal."
They never seem to give it a thought when the states or feds pass an anti-2nd amendment law. All the articles are about how good it will be for the children, never do they say, "P.S. This is illegal."
They also never say it when they pass any other anti-constitution federal law, such as the requirement for florescent light bulbs, or much water is allowed in the toilet bowl; I never see the media say, "P.S. This is illegal."

The Huffpo learns that ignoring laws you don’t like can be a double-edged sword.

Less illegal than SANCTUARY CITIES. DISOBEDIENCE TO TYRANTS IS OBEDIENCE TO GOD!

so Jennifer Bendery is an attorney? No. Is she a Constitutional scholar? No. She's just a journalist with no background or knowledge of constitutional law to know whether a Sheriff blocking the overreaching unlawful constitutional infringement on citizen's 2nd Amendment rights by state or federal authorities is illegal or not. A judge with a constitutional law background would clearly know if their actions were an overreach and / or violation of our constitutional rights. I wouldn't trust the SC at all with this issue with the crew currently in office.

This article also makes her a dishonest liberal but that’s a bit redundant.

And as a mere “journalist” (only an assumption that she is a real journalist) she took no oath to obey and uphold the constitution ... probably a “world citizen” and not even an American citizen.

I’ve come to the conclusion that one of the reasons the homonazis want the government to take away our guns so we won’t shoot them in the a$$ when we catch them in the act molesting children.
