From my reading experience these so called biker outlaw clubs are a drug running and criminal organization masquerading as weekend bike riding clubs or some such. I know there is a mystique and all that but it’s just a type of mafia that rides motorcycles.

One photo from the video on CNN showed one of those little Kel-tech .223 rifles. It’s interesting though. All of the guns shown in those photos were cheapo guns. High-point 9mm, kel-tech .223, S&W Sigma. If a police force wanted to plant weapons, they wouldn’t break the budget for them. If a criminal gang wanted to go to war with another criminal gang, they’ll probably spend an extra 100 for a better gun.
Just a thought. I tend to believe what actually happened is a couple of biker gangs started shooting at each other and the police came to break it up.
