Don't hold your breath waiting for government buildings to be regulated anytime soon by EPA standards. Always remember! I think you misunderstand.
They need assistance with "coming to their Greenie Jesus", and we peasants should be there to help. :)
They're going to blow our tax dollars anyway - why not on HVAC repair bills?
Bureaucrats can't bureaucratize if they're shivering or boiling, n'est-ce pas?
Not that I'm actually advocating anything like that - it's just a "thought experiment"...
