Actually, it is taking off all the layers of protective clothing that tends to hinder things.
That’s why people gravitate to bikini clad beaches in hope of romance.
Whatever happened to, “It’s gettin’ hot in here, so take your clothes off.....”
Sounds like its from a guy that never took a hot chick on a tropical island or cruise vacation. Pity!
