Well, let me see if I might be able to change your mind on that. As I have noted on other posts, I have 20+ years in as an inner-city school teacher. And I have seen many a teacher in that poor lady's situation.
Some that can quit, do quit. In fact, about half of all new city teachers quit before they hit the 5-year mark.
Some stay on simply because they are close to retirement. I can't fault that, as long as they watch their health.
But there some who must on stay on because of pressing financial obligations. They're taking care of children, or elderly parents. I know many like that! They'll take the body blows in return for a better life for their loved ones.
And then there are the optimists. They stay on because they think they're making a difference. And they are, even if it's in only one class a day. So they stay on, hoping that the next principal will turn things around. And sometimes that does happen.
Are the folks who stay on making the right decision? Who knows? But these are the good guys. Even if they are choosing badly, they deserve some respect, and some sympathy.
I’ll offer her a .45-caliber expression of my sympathy that she can use on these mutants.
She doesn't need a .45 (at least not most of the time!). But what she does need is the simple power to permanently remove disruptive students from her classroom. Sadly, she'll never be given that power.
A not-so-short story: I once taught a science class of 30 kids, four of whom sometimes acted out (although not as bad as in the video). There was one ringleader in that group.
I was almost always in conflict with that kid. Nothing worked. It got so bad - and I received so little help from anyone - that I took to carrying a heavy iron ring stand with me in the hallways. Since I was a science teacher, that raised no eyebrows.
I fully expected to be jumped by him. And I fully expected to use that ring stand to give him a little surprise.
Anyway, a happy ending. The kid was arrested for selling drugs in the school, and was expelled. With no ringleader, everyone else settled down. It became a fun class to teach. (By the way, in city schools, "expelled" just means transferred to another building.)
All the more to arm our teachers!

If this were white ‘students’ harassing, mocking and threatening this black teacher this would be viral. The Twitterverse would be electrified. Every network would be showing it and virtually ever social justice warrior writer would be writing an article about how racists whites are.
As it is.
Crickets.
No one should put up with abuse like that for a paycheck.
There is just no excuse for it.
She should be suing the school district for mega dollars and the taxpayers should feel the pain big time ... so they will do something about this situation.
