EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Senator Ted Cruz, you must avoid the deadly "political suicide" regarding H1B Visas that will soon erupt as a MAJOR issue in the 2016 Presidential Campaign.
Your continued association (as the voters see it) of supposedly wanting to increase H1B Visas by an "insane" 500-percent will possibly KILL your presidential candidacy.



Senator Ted Cruz, you don't know me from Adam, so please allow me to assure you that I have your very best interests at heart.

First, congratulations with your climb into a solid third-place with the Monmouth Poll reporting you at 15 percent, and candidates Ben Carson and Donald Trump at 28 and 20 percent, respectively.

Contrary to Britt Hume's mendatic intellect, you have a stunning parade of "great accomplishments", both as Texas's junior Senator and as a Presidential candidate.



I've had the honor to meet, talk, and enjoy dinner with your father, Pastor Rafael Cruz in Fort Lauderdale, on Saturday, 20 June 2015 (I'm the gentleman wearing the red shirt). I came to your father's his side while he was harrassed by confused supporters who were alarmed over your first TPP-TPA vote.

"Toby" in your Dallas-area office will confirm to you that I worked day-and-night for almost a week defending you during the "TPP-TPA debacle".

My fellow Free Republic colleagues would confirm that I (at great derision) defended you regarding TPP-TPA.



I am NOT a career politician, or for that matter, a career "political campaign camp follower", looking for a photo, future Washington office job, or even an audiograph.

Rather, I am a Senior Aerospace Mechanical Engineer who's worked on the U.S. Space Shuttle program, and many, many other electronic system projects over the last twenty (20) years.



Senator Ted Cruz, I earned my Mechanical Engineering degree (BSME) over a ten-year period, attending night school, working full-time, and raising a family with four children.

It was a Herculean effort, Sir.



And today, I am an unemployed engineer in the midst of a GREAT national recession-depression. There are perhaps 250,000 other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) folks like myself who CANNOT find a job in America.

What's the biggest reason ? The million-plus H1B Visas allowed by the evil "Washington Cartel" and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce "Cheap Labor Express".



A perfect example is Disney World (Orlando) who FIRED 250 American Computer Programmers ... and FORCED them to train their replacements from India and Pakistan.

This is morally CRIMINAL.



"Who" will stand with "us", Senator Ted Cruz ?

"We" ask YOU to, Sir.



In closing, Senator Ted Cruz, I again recognize that you don't know me from Adam. Politics is a "blood sport".

Please accept my counsel as King David trusted Ahithophel's. Frankly, those who advise you to continue supporting a 500-percent increase in H1B Visas are as Hushai. Senator Cruz, both you and Pastor Rafael know how Hushai's bad advice cost Absalom his future kingship.

Sadly this is true. I was the one who early on coined the phrase “Ted Cruz Accept no substitute” then Cruz voted for TPA, and the Corker Bill. Ted Cruz has no plan to deport the millions of illegals in the USA. His plan is to let them all stay and legalize them but no citizenship. We all know how that will work out. I had to look at his judgment because I fully expect Cruz to back the TPP. Its a problem that the Cruz at all cost supporters seem able to ignore. IMO Ted is stuck at about 7% in most polls because of these types of stances.

"No" ... neither at the national or state (Florida) levels.

I do NOT seek such a position, nor would I accept it.

I started organizing a "Ted Cruz Florida Grassroots" network on my on in April 2015, without asking "permission" from the self-appointed "political hacks" who challenged me for a "permission note from my mother".

Dittos for my organizing a nationwide "Impeach John Boehner" overpasses rally in January 2015.

H1B’s intent is to allow a foreigner to take a job when no american can be found able to do it... there is ZERO reason that folks on H1B visas are writing java, html, c, c#, working in QA or as system or network administrators... THere is no shortage of domestic talent. This law is violated wholesale, and no one does a damn thing about it.

I work in IT, I have been watching the flagrant violation and lies about H1B grow and grow over my career, its ludicrous the claims that these politicians make trying to justify this program.

The law as written is fine, but the law as written is ignored wholesale. The claim that they need that to keep the Harvard grads, is nonsense, that’s not what the program is for! H1B is purely for being able to hire a foreigner when you cannot find a qualified US candidate to do the job, it is not intended or written so you hold onto top talent that happens to be foreign born.

The politicians lie, the business folks lie, everyone lies about and abuses this program its a disgrace and no one who supports it will get my vote. I like Cruz, but if he supports anything but contraction of the H1B program he won’t get my vote.
