All congresscritters should partake in a twelve step program. The first eleven steps should be on a ten step pier into the Potomac.
When we're done with those government and personal employees, let's think about asking their family members to line up to pass drug tests!
I strongly believe that ordinary Americans whose jobs are eliminated or have been eliminated to be held be foreign workers, have a better record of non-drug use than any and all government, both civil service and elected, much less their families who get to live inside that rarefied DC bubble, who never have to worry or train foreigners to replace them at cheaper salaries!

That makes sense. I once heard a talk show host (the name escapes me at the moment) say that most of the people in congress are on drugs; both legal and illegal.
No need for that. Just do a hair follicle test every 3 months.
