Yet the bad ones somehow manage to stick around well into their extremely old age and make life for the rest of us a living hell...

Fred, thanks for what you did while you were here.

May you rest in peace in God.

My Mom recognized him right away(she is not good with names only with faces) so as soon as I showed her a picture she couldnt believe it..still so young(I know, 73 isnt really considered young but he was in no way old) just a real shame, good man..one heck of an actor..and a just all around good guy. Will check out that movie you mentioned I like Kevin Costner as well

Prayers for his family. He always had an amazing voice. Sounds odd but, I liked him but his voice was one that remind me of my Grandad.

This is very saddening. I voted for Fred in 2008. He was one of the good guys in the DC. He knew Hillary and her ways from his youth. He will be missed. RIP, Fred.

Darn it! I liked him. Still think he would have been a good president. Will add him and his family/friends to my evening prayers.

Good news! YouTube has the movie for free.

Again, it’s an excellent spy thriller.

I believe Huckabee was an establishment plant to keep Thompson from winning the Southern primaries. Huckabee and Thompson split the conservative votes.

“Maybe...but the asshole who is in there now, wouldn’t have been.”

Would have been a lot better.

Even McCain would have been. And Palin would have been veep.

Still bothers me if I think about it hoe the McCain buffoons squandered the lead Palin gave them.
