Audio at link. Bourdain supporting the illegals doing the restaurant work Americans refuse to do out of a heartfelt, concern for their plight of having to "live in the shadows" because they're a great source of cheap labor. Hey, being a restaurateur ain't easy, but someone's gotta do it.

Does celebrity chefs José Andrés and Geoffrey Zakarian, and ex-cook and current world-traveling TV host Anthony Bourdain defend America's undocumented Automobile Driver's.

Does the a fore mentioned useful idiot's, defend / support America's undocumented Bank Withdrawal{ee's}.

I could go on & on, but Talking / Arguing to/with liberals is like having to mud-wrestle a pig. You are all muddy and dirty before you realize the pig is enjoying the exercise.

Illegal is I-L-L-E-G-A-L. I don’t give a rat’s tail of how hard working, or dedicated, or length of time here, whatever superlative the amnesty jerk-offs want to spin ...

These interlopers VIOLATED our borders and our laws! PERIOD!

Put Mexico’s immigration laws next to those of the United States, and then come tell us about how unfair Donald Trump is!

These uppity little culinary faggots can go screw a chicken, for all I care. Trump is right - legally AND morally.

Anthony Bourdain is a recovering coke and heroin addict who wrote an excellent book called KITCHEN CONFIDENTIAL. He has been lionized by the mainstream media ever since, and has a heavily produced show on CNN. Many political points from talking about the line cooks and dishwashers in his kitchens. I’d like to know how many illegals he works with at his publisher’s or on the set at CNN.

I did a lot of restaurant work. Had to compete with illegals for it back in the 70s.

Well, Mr. Bourdain, at the “mid-scale” restaurant my brother is Asst. Manager at, in a mid-size city in a region heavy with illegal immigrants, every employee is a US citizen. Most are over 30 years old. The food is good, the portions large, and the prices are reasonable - comparable, I would say, to Applebees. (Better, really because the food id as good or better, and the portions are larger.) The employees are provided good health insurance, and most work full time.

Capacity is, I would guess, ~ 90 patrons. The restaurant has been in business many years, has a loyal clientele, and is solidly profitable.

So, Mr. Bourdain, why is it that you can attract only illegal alien workers?

Anthony Bourdain, the snarky foodie decides to get into politics. Pathetic.

If they would pay decent wages, they would get workers. Expecting a person to live on 2.86 an hour and beg for tips is a tragedy. The minimum wage is no better. So Anthony? Perhaps paying an American a good salary would attract a better pool of applicants.

He's full of crap.

For one thing, yes in New York and Los Angeles you get all the illegals because they flooded the market.

We went to Boston last summer and SURPRISE, all those jobs where Hispanics didn't invade were being done by Citizens of the United States.

Americans especially older Americans in places like Los Angeles and New York have no jobs due to illegals making it impossible as an American to work in the service industry.
In addition, Hispanics only hire their own and have caused their to be a need to speak Spanish there are so many illegally here.

So Bourdain is totally full of crap.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's strong stance on illegal immigration has already drawn serious backlash from the restaurant industry, and celebrity chefs José Andrés and Geoffrey Zakarian have pulled restaurants from Trump's new Washington, D.C., hotel.

Celebrity chefs are a dime a dozen, so it is foolish to punish your own business for a false cause.

Maybe these chefs are not comfortable with their business prospects, and need an excuse to pull out.

Sensible, law-abiding chefs would look into what it will take to ensure that their help is made up of legal immigrants.

The Food Industry certainly knows which side of the bread has butter on. The CIA Chefs are a majority of Libs. Food Network, Food Channel might near all those faces are those of liberals. Not certain, perhaps even our old friend Alton Brown might have had some of the genes...though kinda doubt it considering where he was raised and all. Tony Bourdain is perhaps the least favored of the lot. He has a temper and few would care to find it once it was lost.

Tony is a blow bag. Although I was amused when he visited Ted Nugent for some game cooking, and afterwards got to try his hand rock’n and roll’n with an M60.

He liked it!

I was going to a post something about where does a foreigner like Bourdain get off weighing in on American politics, and how he should just cash his too-big paychecks, and shut the &*^%^ up; however, Wikipedia tells me that he was born in New York City, so I can't gig him on being a busybody non-American. However, I have read how he spent a great deal of his youth in La belle France, and so a moral foreigner -just like Barack Obama- I still say that he should help himself to big 'ole steaming-hot cup of STFU!
