Thank you so much for posting this! I was very curious about this last night.
I thought he spoke out a little too forcefully in favor of H1B visas.
He was emphatic that he loved them ALL.
I think that was a mistake, and that’s coming from a very die-hard Trump supporter.
Breitbart’s original article by Neil Munro was fake and he received a lot of abuse for it over night, but Breitbart decides to double down and now uses the headline “Trump rights ship,” as if it had been unrighted because Neil Munro said so.
Well played dt, well played
So which one is it, Mr. Trump? All the people working the jobs that the Disney workers used to do came here legally. I assume they're talented in their own way. Just about every H-1B fills a job an American could be doing. Are you for them or against them?
Donald’s too rich to be caught in flip flops. Only actual Republicans do that.
“Trump, who leads many national 2016 polls, granted Breitbart News an interview on the subject.”
Anyone have any idea when this interview took place? I realize that a little detail like that is asking too much with today’s state of journalistic standards.
You know considering how Disney rapes it’s park visitors for profit, it’s not like they couldn’t afford to continue employing the IT workers at their wages. What they saved in screwing the employees over was chickenshit plain and simple. I believe in companies being able to make an honest profit but Disney makes a pimp look like a philanthropist.
I’m sure Cruz will dazzle on this score as well, and dump his Club For Growth pals.
Man I hope Disney doesn’t cave on this.
It might be an open debate whether Disney should have contracted out to a company using H1Bs. Fine.
There is no debate that Disney’s former IT workers sucked so bad that the whole damn lot of them needed pink slips.
Don’t hire back the Suck!
supposedly it’s against the law to hire H1Bs to replace American workers...every H1B hire must have an LCA(Labor Condition Application) filed with the DOL.
The LCA contains an attestation section designed to prevent the program from being used to import foreign workers to break a strike or replace U.S. citizen workers.
Excellent!
If Trump would remain consistent on this, and not go back and forth, this one issue could take him to the White Hut. But he needs to be consistent, study the issue, and counsel with Jeff Sessions, Steve King, and Roy Beck of NumbersUSA.
Exhibit A - Disney’s IT employees sucked and deserved to be fired:

“November 26, 2013, 10:59 AM · Disney’s MyMagic+ system isn’t working as the company planned, and that’s beginning to affect to Disney theme parks’ plans for the next few years.”
A day late and a dollar short.
Good for Trump... he gets it...

Very Clear. Too bad he didnât point out that Cruz supports 500% increase in H1B, Rubio only 300%. End H1B. Period.
Trumpâs ship was never wronged. He was misquoted by Quick, and then took a pass on the H-1B issue. Trump’s decision was tactical. You could see it in his eyes and he took the measure of Rubio that night. He seemed determined to tread lightly around Rubio, sensing Marco was well-prepared to strike back hard as he did against Bush. Incredibly, despite Trump savaging Marco in speech after speech, Rubio had NO attacks on The Donald whatsoever, because Trump did not open the door to them. BRILLIANT.
