Yeb Bush - living disproof of the notion that name recognition is never bad.
One of points of the debate is to differentiate oneself from one's opponents, which Yeb did by siding with the media, somewhat akin to shouting, "I'm with you to the end, General Custer!" with the Sioux closing in. It's a career move, all right, just not a good one.

Yup. It's all he's got. Earlier today, Rush opined that John Ellis Bush's campaign was foolish for emphasizing his record as Governor of Florida and overall experience. Rush pointed out that people aren't buying that this time, that they want someone to change the dynamic.
But the Bush campaign has no choice but to play the cards they have. This campaign was planned a long time ago, and they can only do so much with the dog food they have to sell. They can change the packaging, but not the product itself.
If you have a crappy quarterback and a decent running back, you cannot suddenly throw long passes on every play even if you are far behind. You will only get farther behind. You have no option but to continue with the running back even if it hasn't been successful.
Of course, team John Ellis Bush has neither the running game nor the passing game.
