Cruz ONLY won at “that one moment” - when he slammed the media.

I had a feeling Trump dominated and was scratching my head a bit when I saw Cruz’ team tweet something about Cruz *winning* the social media traffic, for the debate.

Trump tweeted these stats, earlier.

No, you’re wrong. Overall social media engagement/mentions was won by Cruz:

“In all, Cruz commanded 20 percent of the overall candidate chatter followed by Trump at 15 percent, Carson with 13 percent and Rubio with 12 percent. Jeb Bush commanded just 8 percent of the media chatter during the debate, while Carly Fiorina, who turned in two previous strong debate performances, drew just 7.5 percent of the mentions - the same share as Christie.”

Of course Trump tweet something to pump up his self esteem. It’s what he does.
