H1B visa can be solved, make it limited for 3 or 6 years, no extension as it was before.
Every year, employee need to let know INS that they are working for same company they had applied for and got visa. Otherwise go back.
This will solve, it will become expensive for people coming from outside just for job.

You didn’t mention anything about the $12,000 hiring incentive. We need to employ the 27% of STEM grads who are not able to find jobs in technology, science, math and engineering first before bringing in H-1B visa candidates.

I have a better idea. H1-B is so widely abused by major corporations at the expense of Americans that it needs to be scrapped entirely.

And the corporate executives who conspired to abuse the system need to be prosecuted.
