The federal governments chief climate research agency is refusing to give House Republicans the detailed information they want on a controversial study on climate change.
Citing the confidentiality of the requested documents and the integrity of the scientific process, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said it wont give Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) what he recently subpoenaed about the research.
At the center of the controversy is a study that concluded there has not been a 15-year pause in global warming. Some NOAA scientists contributed to the report.
Skeptics of climate change, including Smith, have cited the pause to prove that increased greenhouse gas emissions, mostly from burning fossil fuels, are not heating up the globe.

There are 2 methods climate "scientists" use for this -- the Inductive and Deductive:
“The integrity of the scientific process” DEMANDS transparency of data and process.
Ergo, this is not about science.

OK Fine, try operating next year with a 50% budget cut. And by the way we find you in contempt of congress and are initiating impeachment proceedings.

They subpoenaed it and were refused? Why aren’t those refusing being arrested? You and me can’t ignore a subpoena!

Impeach them
Transparent? Yes, I can see corruption everywhere I look.
I see a whole bunch of hard drives crashing again.....Just saying.

Thank you for referencing that article yoe. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.
The main problem with this denied request for information is not stubborn NOAA bureaucrats imo. The main problem is a corrupt Congress that refuses to use either its constitutional power of the purse, Clause 1 of Section 7 of Article I, or its power to impeach to deal with stubborn government bureaucrats.
I dont know how this NOAA issue will turn out, by not seriously reprimanding stubborn government bureaucrats, Clinton an example, also including lawless presidents and activist justices, Congress is arguably supporting their unpatriotic and unprofessional actions.
Remember in November 16!
If NOAA has nothing to hide then why not release the data? Don’t these idiots understand we know this?
The next earthquake you feel on the new left coast near DC, are the founding fathers turning in their graves...
>> Citing the confidentiality of the requested documents and the integrity of the scientific process
Huh? Those two things are mutually exclusive. There IS no “integrity of the scientific process” — in fact, there is no scientific process at ALL — if you hide the data.
This is not too hard to figure out. The people pushing “climate change” know it is a phony premise & they are not about to help prove it. The whole bunch from Obama on down needs good long jail sentences.

Sorry for the double post. There was a problem when I posted the first one & didn’t think it worked.
They don’t want people to know they’ve “nationalized” weather...
“Geoengineering is the artificial modification of Earths climate systems”

(the gubmint causes a problem so they can charge us to “fix” it.)
Then go into closed session. Problem solved.

When NOAA tells Congress that weather data is confidential and Congress can't be trusted with it, then we have let it get too far out of control.

giving up blank paper would be Stupid
