This time of the year, it’s not uncommon to spot deer in Rochester, New York.
But hospital workers received a surprise Monday afternoon when one limped into the emergency room, apparently severely injured from a car accident.
Officials say the deer managed to walk through the doors of Strong Memorial Hospital and make it about 20 feet down a hallway before being corralled by staff members.

Aw, I thought this was going to be a “.... walked into a bar” joke.
This might push the deer over the edge to revolt.
They’re already upset over high tobacco excise taxes.

The deer was well known. Someone looked at him and shouted “Hey, that’s Vinnie’s son!”
Darn, I got the malware warning and posted a triplicate message in error. Each time the red screen appears, it posts anyway.
What’s going on with this Malware Warning? I’m getting it too! Blocked by being a REPORTED ATTACK PAGE on Firefox.

This was caused by a Malware warning that Google is apparently triggering on random threads; Jim has commented on it, but I don’t know what the solution is.
Years ago I was working in the ER at the hospital on Fort Jackson, SC. A deer jumped through the main lobby’s plate glass window, and severed it’s carotid artery. Bambi bleed out right there.
I wanted to claim the carcass but the MPs wouldn’t let me.
