That’s a surrender that lasts two years, right into the next president’s inauguration.
Here we go again. The Republicans are in charge of the House and Senate and yet they cave in to Obama and then whine and wring their hands that the “process” stinks, as if someone else is in charge. Go back to the budget debates from 2007 and 2008. I don’t remember Pelosi and Reid caving in to Bush and then whining about the “process” stinking.

Are there two Paul Ryans? The one I remember worked with the enemy to pass a crummy budget. Did the process stink then, too?
This budget deal should never see the light of day, but, will be passed with the help of the liberal socialist and the GOPe RINO’s who made this deal behind closed doors with Obama and his ilk, not allowing anyone to read it and will vote for it without reading it!
We are supposed to all just go along and except once again raising the debt limit, this time Obama has free spending limits till the end of his communist Presidency!!
The GOPe RINO’s still can't understand why the American people do not support their RINO candidates with this kind of crap continuing right in front of our faces! Then they (the RINO’s) tell us how much they are going to change the way Washington works! The GOPe RINO’s are bought and paid for by the Chamber of Communist and nothing will change until the American people wake up and stop supporting RINO’s like Ryan!

Actually, it’s through ALMOST ALL OF THE NEXT PRESIDENT’S FIRST YEAR IN OFFICE. It’s Boehner giving the Conservatives the finger on his way out the door. And also a favor to Ryan who will be tickled pink to have it done without his fingerprints and who will say he hates it (lying CINO).

You’re all so sadly mistaken: See, it was necessary to pass the Cromnibus in December, giving Obama everything he wanted except the money for his illegal amnesty, to “clear the decks” before the new Congress came in. That way, you see, they could fight over the DHS budget in February and they would work the rest of the year to pass a budget in regular order.
