In Texas a suspect is going on trial this week for Capital Murder fit running over and killing four people.
In Oklahoma, this women does the exact same thing and only facts second degree murder charges.
After is the law so soft in Oklahoma?
So, are we going to institute background checks on all registered drivers?
I didn’t think so.
If you know someone in your family is mentally ill and do nothing about it, the law ought to consider you an accessory to the crimes they commit, with jail time in a case as serious as this one. After all, owners of mad dogs are punished for allowing them to hurt others.
“Adacia is a kind, loving, caring person, and she wouldn’t have done this purposefully,” Floyd Chambers said. That said, why did she do it then?
Thanks for posting this article.
I watched the video at the link.
We will have to see what the toxicology reports reveal.
I think I see what could have caused her mental problems, but I’ll keep that to myself for the moment.
The dad needs to stop talking or he is going to find himself in trouble. So far he he has said his daughter was crazy and suicidal and he did nothing.
if she “cared” about others, why did she drink then?
She just has to have a sex change operation and all will be forgiven

I wonder if the left will be calling for background checks for people who want to drive to make sure they are not mentally ill..notice the media hardly mentions this story because hey she just used a car not a gun, if she had used a gun they would have interviewed family members who want guns banned
Ping.
you noticed that too huh..
Both will face life in prison.
Anyway, we all know the answer is to ban cars.
She wasn’t drunk, from what others at the scene are saying she did it on purpose..and even her lawyer said she was NOT drunk and that she does not drink
"Chambers told investigators she had a history of suicide attempts and was suicidal at the time of the event, according to a probable cause affidavit filed Monday in Payne County District Court."
Let that sink in and think about similar situations. Look at the family structure.
See who appears in the video.
Thanks, Rita. I continue to think she did this on purpose, at least partially. It’s hard to think that, but the facts seem to support that conclusion.
Yep.
There is no law to put people with mental disorder in some housing etc. My friend is suffering from schizophrenia. Every week she will go to Police station to file complaint against somebody. She is doing this for last 5-6 years. She will sit in her garage and continuously honk her car, because she thinks her neighbors are doing same.
Her husband had left her, Daughter had moved to east coast and this woman is living alone in 2 millions dollar house.
Cops are doing nothing, she is a nuisance.
If one is drunk and kills people, it was intentional.
She had tried to commit suicide many times.
Dad and her AUNT were in the video. I would guess her mother is missing/dead.
Why would she be screaming out for help ?
