I would bet virtually ALL food contains “traces” of human DNA. Our skin and hair fall out constantly. Our DNA is everywhere. This shouldn’t be a shock.

Even grosser: 2 percent of all samples were found to have traces of human DNA in them. Veggie dogs were the worst off, accounting for 67 percent of the hygiene issues and two-thirds of the human DNA found.

Then why would the veggies dogs be worse than the meat kind?..................

TRACES...skin flakes everywhere. Cleaning of the veggies, the machines, the handling, etc. human dna is everywhere. This is just showing up because they can measure it. The stuff has been there always.

Veggie sourced material has much low standards of cleanliness and personal protective equipment, and there’s no outside inspection of veggie dogs.

Those are some of the reasons that commodity corn and soy are really animal food, not people food.
