Because of two recent discoveries, there is a valid argument that Hitler did not make the final decision for genocide till AFTER the November 1941 meeting with Husseini. Netanyahu knows this and based his remarks on these facts.

The first is a diary entry by Joseph Goebbels of December 12, 1941. It runs as follows:
