Trump was a private citizen in the 1980s. Was he a back-stabber in the Senate like Warren Rudman who always complained to the liberal media whenever Reagan went "too far?"

Interesting, but irrelevant, a false choice, and misses the point. As a private citizen, he advocated for almost all of the policies and politicians who have screwed us. Therefore, he does not get a pass as a "private citizen." And is Warren Rudman on the ballot this go round? Didn't think so.

I don’t think Trump “hated” Ronald Reagan. He and his dad were staunch supporters and he allowed RR to use his phones and offices for his campaign. He even flew him to Albany in his private jet so that he could get on the ballot in NY on time. Here’s a quote from “The Art of The Deal,” he never said anything bad about RR - just what others said:
