Neal Ainley: Perry County Bank president (embezzled bank funds for Clinton campaign)

Chris Wade: Whitewater real estate broker (multiple loan fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

She can pretty much evade any prosecution for crimes.
Just look at the remarkable trail of dead people who died via mysterious causes who were once her associates.
Suicides with bullets to the base of the skull, single car accidents, slip and fall deaths, solo farm machine tragedies, airplane crashes, you name it...it somehow happened to one of her "friends" along the way.
