Donald Trump says that if elected “we will do something that will be done with heart” in order to deal with the illegal immigrants and their families already in America.
Trump, in an interview set to air Monday on PodcastOne with Larry King, was asked about deporting families of illegal immigrants, when Trump said, “Well, I just — I don’t want to get into your specific question, but we will we will do something that will be done with heart.”
Larry King asked Trump about a hypothetical family of illegal immigrants, who had children, when Trump explained, “I don’t want to comment on that one right now, Larry, because that’s the sort of a question where I just don’t want to answer it right now.”
“We do have to have laws for the border,” Trump explained, “The crime is incredible, the drug trafficking is unbelievable, and I have to tell you, I’ve been told by many of your liberal friends at the top of the line, in Los Angeles as an example, that they’re voting for me because they can’t take it anymore.”
“You see what’s happened with LA; you see what’s happened with so many different places,” suggested Trump. “And, you know, I have great relationships with Mexico and with the Mexican people. I have great relationships with Hispanics… but we have to be a nation of laws.”
Co-host Shawn King later asked Trump about his “compassionate side” and “Why aren’t you showing more of that?”
Trump insisted, “Maybe I wouldn’t be doing as well in the polls.”
Larry retorted, “So you don’t want to be known as a nice guy.”
Trump suggested, “It’s important. I think I am a nice guy. I love people and, you know, love you guys. You’re fantastic and always have been. But I think it’s really about competence now.”
“But when he says things like the deportations will be done with heart then I have to wonder if has any idea of how he’s going to accomplish all he’s claiming he will do.”
No other candidate has even used the ‘d’ word. There’s less chance they’ll accomplish it.
Uhmmm..not every Trump thread. There aren’t enough hours in the day! But what possible difference does it make?
I like a lot of what he’s done for politics. No matter what my opinons are about the guy, he has performed an invaluable service. I just haven’t made up my mind.
So how do you forcibly expel people with heart?

I see. So those who are uprooted and lose their homes and their jobs and are sent back to unemployment in Mexico but with the possibility that they might be let back in a couple of years in the future are supposed to see the love and affection behind that?
There is nothing loving in any of this, nor should there be. Illegals are here in violation of the law. They need to go back to Mexico, and if there is some future expedited re-admission then it's for our good and not theirs. And to suggest anything otherwise is absolutely ridiculous.
Cruz doesn’t want to kick them out. He wants amnesty, just not with a “path to citizenship.” For now.

No its not a game changer its the MSM trying to make you believe Trump is for amnesty. He has said a million times that he will use humane ways to deport the illegals.
Personally I will be thrilled if Trump gets rid of half of the illegals, builds a wall and keeps anymore from coming. In Jan 2017 we will all probably be more concerned about sending back all the Godless Syrian refugee/invaders that Obuttlick has brought over. Trump has vowed to do that.
It wasn't "gotcha" question. It was straight forward: will you deport illegal immigrant families. All he had to say was that a Trump administration would enforce the law and deport illegals. He didn't have to say he would do it cruelly and he didn't have to say he'd do it with heart. It was his choice to sound like a boob.
