Good. Chris Christie the hippocrite obviously needs a refresher on the Constitution since he doesn’t give a single damn about any of the Bill of Rights.

Yup. Taking advantage of a scared public and scoring political points by imposing an unnecessary quarantine may not have been the WORST thing Christie has done as governor, but it was pretty bad...
To: MeganC
She has no case. Federal and federal governments have long had the legal right to quarantine people who have been exposed to extremely dangerous communicable diseases like tuberculosis, typhoid fever, malaria, smallpox, etc., and who present a clear biohazard to the population at large. The precedent was set and tested way back in the 19th century, and was used most notably in the case of '
Typhoid Mary,' who spent most of her life quarantined on North Brother Island in New York.

Wrong. Quarantines are necessary and important in times of dangerous disease.

Hickox is a selflsh leftist who had no regard for the people she could possibly infect. I have no problem with Christie on this.

Perhaps next time she should stay in the field. Oh wait, she would have died without the modern health care she risked millions of Americans lives to get.
