We might normally expect that the serious nature of the incident which occurred at Benghazi, a terrorist attack on an American facility that resulted in the deaths of four Americans, would encourage a somber tone among all participants, most especially on the part of the witness. If for no other reason than in the interest of good taste or the wish to project the appearance, however insincere, of a proper amount of respect being shown, proper decorum would have kept laughter out of the witness’ testimony in the House Select Committee proceedings.
The woman testifying should have recognized that she was in a hot seat, accused of criminal wrongdoing and likely espionage as well as the moral considerations of ultimately being the one responsible for those same American deaths. The House Select Committee on Benghazi hearings should have been a Clinton Cackle-free zone.
As one incapable of respecting anything or anyone other than herself, her immediate circle and her political and faux-charitable wealth generating machinery, Hillary Clinton was her usual classless, self-obsessed, arrogant and condescending self. Even as she was being called to account publicly for crimes and mismanagement that resulted in death and destruction, she found a place for inappropriate, odd laughter.
A similar outburst occurred in an interview a few days earlier with Jake Tapper when he asked about her emails; exaggerated, unprovoked, spontaneous cackling that went on for far too long erupted.
In the hearings, Rep Martha Roby (R-AL) was questioning the former Secretary of State on her whereabouts the night of the Benghazi attacks, and with Clinton having told her she was at home and alone, pursued it logically with a question as to whether she was alone for the entire evening. That was humorous for Clinton, too much so for her to contain herself.
When it became apparent that Rep Roby did not share Clinton’s cavalier attitude about the proceedings and what happened on that night, Clinton chalked up her odd behavior to the need for levity at an early hour.
The American people don’t need levity, Ms Clinton. We need answers, truthfulness, an end to the obstructionism and some genuine cooperation, all things that will not be forthcoming from a political criminal. Cackling is fine for Democrat functions, conventions and phony coronation-debates.
The Democrats, including Clinton and ranking Democrat committee member Elijah Cummings, have falsely claimed to be acting in the interest of the Benghazi families. Those families would surely have appreciated the deaths of their loved ones being treated with a lot more respect by the person responsible for putting them in harm’s way, the very individual the evidence indicates sealed their fates.

I agree. Compare that to her first Benghazi hearing. She screamed her way through that one. Now she's cackling through this one.

The tougher thing to look at is this bitch giving high fives and waving her arms in the air like she’s a conquering hero when she should be in jail
Note the flying monkey behind Hill laughing along. She brought all her trained court jesters to the hearing. I like the reaction of the woman questioning her.
The couple of times I saw her do that, and I only saw brief segment’s of it, it was of course when a Republican was questioning her. Regardless she is mentally ill or just plain evil. 98% chance it’s the latter.

Thank God for YouTube; there are a lot of clips telling the truth about he laughing during questions of the four men who were murdered, her victory dance after the questioning, etc. I suggest going to the ones on YouTube telling the truth and liking them as much as you can.

There were over 40 Americans being shot at during the attack. Several were wounded. Where are they? What are they not in front of cameras?
The constant smirking and half-ass grin when answering any question is indicative of lying. She also thinks she’s above the law. She’s too good for the no-bodies to be questioning her. Rand Paul just said on “Outnumbered” that Bill Clinton fired his Sec of Defense Les Aspin for his handling of the Mogadishu fiasco. Then he said “well if Bill Clinton had been the president he would have fired her for incompetence”. Obama fires no one. He promotes incompetence. The lying ass stooge Susan Rice was promoted to National Security Advisor for lying to the world that a youtube video caused the the deaths of the four Americans. Lie for Clinton and Obama and get promoted.
