She does that due to having very large legs/abdomen/buttocks. I’ve seen a picture of her wearing a skirt, and her legs/thighs are huge. She has the “pear” shape - smaller on the top and spreading out like a pear for rest of body. Her material tops are long to hide the pear shape.
