In fairness... there is a point to be made that these weren’t the first US citizens killed in an embassy overseas. I guess the answer is surely the smartest woman in the world would have learned something from those in the past and used that smartness to not let it happen again.

Fairness? You can't generalize about these events. Each case has its own set of circumstances. They must be reviewed individually. Benghazi could have been avoided. We should not have been there. Moreover, the Benghazi mission facilities did not meet security standards that are legislated by law.

Hillary is lumping in Benghazi with all previous attacks. It is a distraction.
