Vice President Biden announced Wednesday that he will not run for president, ending months of feverish speculation over his 2016 plans and likely settling the Democratic field.
Speaking in the Rose Garden alongside his wife Jill and President Obama, Biden said the window of opportunity to mount a viable campaign "has closed." He has been weighing a decision since summer, but cautioned all along that he and his family were grieving over the loss of his son Beau Biden -- and said Wednesday he knew that process could outlast the window for making a decision.
"Unfortunately I believe we're out of time, the time necessary to mount a winning campaign for the nomination," Biden said.

That photo, the one with the biker chick and “Stand Up and Take a Bow...” are my three favorite Biden moments.
The democrats are on a downward spiral and they don’t realize it. Eventually it will catch up with them. Unfortunately they will have such a devastating impact on the USA that it will take a long time to recover if ever. The level of corruption of the Obozo administration has reached epic proportions. The top criminal will win their nomination and possibly the presidency. May God help us all.
That is what I am thinking. He’ll jump in at the latest chance possible, “if needed”. He does not want to campaign. If he could skip campaigning and get right to the general, he would be so happy.

Making certain Joe praised obama’s “accomplishments” seemed to be the main purpose of the mini-circus.

Yep, I said a few months ago come hell or highwater she will be the nominee. All Democraps care about is winning, they don’t care who it is as long as it’s a Democrap. That’s why they got all these wet noodle Democrap candidates debating her, Bernie Sanders even siding with her on the emails in that last debate. Gee what competiton. It’s just one big show so Hitlery can be crowned the nominee. There is just one problem though: Trump. It’s going to be interesting to see what they come up with to take him out. She’s already got the Repub elites working for her. My brother is betting she will win the Presidency, not because he likes her, he hates her guts, but he knows the fix is in.

A few hours later, Joe Biden announced that he won't be running for President.
He's had a nice gig for the past, loooooooooooong, 8 years. He shows up to unimportant events, possibly with a buzz on, tells some stupid jokes, inappropriately touches some people and goes home.
Who really wants to be a puppet for the globlal elites/bankers? Doesn't sound like a fun job.

I knew he was out of time. People who said it was early even two months ago do not understand what it takes to win. We are only 12 and a half months from the election. This is why people start thinking about running 2 years out. I guess he wasn’t getting the donors needed and that he was unprepared to beat Hillary.
