What is with FL - first Alan West is gerrymandered out of his seat and Jolly. And with a Republican legislature. I know, it’s the FL Supreme Court and they’re all dirt bag Democrats; but the legislature had to put a plan forward.
In 2010 the voters passed a “fair redistricting” amendment that limited the ability of the legislature to draw a good map.
And now the dem courts have say the map they did pass for 2012 wasn’t “fair” enough to pass muster with the amendment so they tossed it out and are imposing a worse map. It’s not the legislature’s fault, West or any of it. We’ve living in a judicial thugocracy. Crist appointed some of the judges. This is flat out ARMED ROBBERY.
