Very few people north of Saskatchewan would make it after things have gone up in flames. The native culture and skills that made survival in the area possible without relying on outside support are largely gone.
I’m slightly north of the magic 100-miles north of the boarder (the thin ban of Canada where 90% of the population lives), and it would be tough enough here.
