There are three types of drone users.

The vast majority are normal hobby fliers who have no malicious intent in the drone flying.

There is the punk class, that have malicious intent, looking at girls sunbathing, filming sporting events, flying to get attention.

The last, and smallest class, are the people with criminal intent.

This registration will only affect the first group. It's just like gun registration. I
