As I said on my thread (”An Infomercial for Rush Limbaugh’s Undeniable Truth of Life #6”, http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3349989/posts), “Walking Dead” shows that hashtags and good intentions and speeches do not effect change. Action effects change-—specifically, the act of killing the zombies and keeping your party safe.
because rightwingers have guns and you cant fight zombies by talking to them or having peace signs...

Local folks here call the every-growing “homeless” population of crazy people, drug addicts and bums “zombies” or “Obamazombies” (since they first started appearing once Obama was elected). And they are increasingly violent and abusive, so we know first-hand about zombie world. People are quite fed up about it actually.
Because competent masculine white men have been banned from modern pop culture. It is forbidden.
Daryl and Jon Snow are the biggest stars in the world because they were accidentally overlooked. The simply slipped through the cracks.
Pretty much like Andrea did. Instead of trying to get the pliers all she did was talk and talk knowing full well the dude was going to turn.
In Fear the Walking Dead the dad is against guns...hope he’s offed soon. The old guy tried to teach the son how to use the gun. Hope they both survive.
I'm open to other theories, but they sure have a lot in common with ISIS and Al Qaeda.
And zombies don’t care if you have a “Coexist” bumper sticker or a Rainbow flag in your yard.
I merely look at the obsession with Zombies as glorification of the culture of death.... same thing with ISIS and other terrorist groups. It is a fascination with the macabre rather than interest in what is good and beautiful.

Andrea was the perfect example. Prior to the ZA, she was a civil rights lawyer. Constantly trying to find the good in people (i.e. the Governor) would be her downfall.

Watched seasons 1 - 5 over the past couple of months. Got 6 - 1 Wednesday.

Not just killing the zombies. But killing them in the best manner possible given your current situation. Ie keeping noise down. Ie not wasting valuable limited resources unnecessarily.
