There are lots of reason why Bush didn’t “keep us safe”: Bush’s “be nice” to the murdering muslims campaign, his support for open borders, the fact that he kept Colin Powell around so long, forcing us to dither at the UN, his transportation secretary holdover from the Clinton Administration, the despicable terms of engagement with the enemy, paralleling Viet-Nam, his keeping quiet on the found yellow-cake being moved to Canada.
