As a bestselling author, I can tell you my publisher (Penguin) has NEVER given me a book tour. These are a thing of the past. Yes, he sells a lot more books than I do, but still, I know of very, very few authors who get a book tour.
Second, coming right after news that he's spending about 75% of his funds on fundraising, it's a mystery to me how he is even in the race at this time.

Carson has too many mixed views on the issues.
Color each green and he looks perfect to the conservatives.
Color each red and he looks like he should be appearing in the Democrat debates rather than in the Republican debates.
