There is a huge heroin problem in Burlington.
Apparently the local cops can’t pick out a heroin dealer ins a small sea of white-bread.
Lots of kids dead, OD, as a result.

Vermont is 95% white and less than 1.5% black. It may actually be whiter than Denmark.
As far as heroin goes. It is a huge problem in many white suburban communities. It is a major problem in all of Ohio’s suburban and exurban areas. It is at least as bad in the suburbs as in the inner cities and Meth is worse in the exurbs and suburbs than in the cities.
