That's what is so frustrating. Just because the Supreme Court makes a 'ruling, does NOT MEAN it is the END OF THE ROAD. The Congress can bar the SCOTUS from ruling an any law they choose. The purpose of the SCOTUS is not defined in the Constitution. The creation (and destruction) of courts inferior to the SCOTUS is the purview of the Congress. They can create courts at their whim, and DEFINE what subjects they are to rule upon. ..........................
