They don’t have to pretend, it is a democracy and that my friends is the problem. Fascist utopia and democracy go hand in hand. It is the Republic if you can keep it, that is the gold ring.

Some of us know it, but not nearly enough.
My wife and I were in a nice outdoor restaurant this past weekend and ended up joining the people at the next table. We were all conservatives and enjoyed each others company. These are educated people, he a PHD in economics with his own business and totally up to date on things. When he asked my wife and I who we were for in the elections we answered truthfully...Trump. He accepted out answer but couldn’t understand why we liked him; my wife replied that we don’t have to like him as we will never have dinner with him, yet we still think he thinks like the rest of us do and is successful and will do the right things. Funny how people won’t say they like Trump because it’s become not PC. They were Rubio supporters.
I’m with you, I’ve been waiting for America to wake up for years. Many people still think it can be fixed by voting. That ship sailed a long time ago.
I'd be surprised if anybody at FR thinks that our beloved Repubic still exists, or that this is still America.
