Thing is...a lot of 12 year old’s are “stupid.” Their frontal lobes aren’t yet developed enough to understand certain things clearly.

They should release the make/model of the pellet gun...along with a picture of it.

They also say the deceased "reached for his waistband".

Does the video show him touching the "weapon"?

There were some robberies in Seattle that made the news. Over several nights. “There were three of them - one of them had a gun. When they ran off I heard gun shots” All three different people (different nights) said the same thing. I’m guessing it was a cap gun or a starter’s pistol.

One can only hope that a CCW holder sets them straight.
