He actually is correct. In that classroom, 20-30 people rushing the shooter at once gets someone shot, but overwhelms the guy’s ability to aim and shoot.

With a subdued group he was able to put a gun to a head...a sure kill almost always.

With bullets launched while being rushed by a crowd, some are going to get hurt. But the location of the wound is far less likely to be lethal than is a bullet to the head from a few inches away.

No argument from me, Xzins. I’m a firm proponent of going on the offensive.

However, given today’s mentality of youth - trained from a young age in the “no, no, don’t hit back, now! Be nice! Share!” pablum, you can see how it occurred as it did.

Vastly different than when I was kid. My WWII Airborne old man would have kicked MY rear end if I DIDN’T fight back.
