You are on to something, I lived deep in thecity of Chicago with houses no morethan 3 feet apart. Closeneighborhood, mostly Polish when I moved in gradually migrated to Puerto Ricans. Tense at times but in genral ok

Add certain cultural mixes andcities and it is trouble waiting to happen

Blacks and Latinos in general do not mix well

Asians and colored folk, Spanish or African does not matter not good
