The report of ‘Asian’ came from a UK paper. ‘Asian’ in the UK is more than ‘Oriental’ and includes Indians, Pakistanis, Iraqis and other Arab nations.
Thank you for the info. It is just odd, as in the US, violence by Asians (in the US sense, meaning East Asian, not the Subcontinent) against strangers is very rare in comparison to Hispanics or blacks.
