We need your continuing support to keep FR on the air.

Beautiful?? That must be because I slept over 9 hours total, after a very short reading time...less than 30 pages. I woke up at 5 AM with glasses and light still in place as well as book on my chest!
I started my breakfast at 11AM!!
French toast smothered in fresh strawberries with confectioners sugar “snow on the mountain”! Pot of Earl Grey Tea
Lunch soon: warmed-up Mac and Cheese and Hot Cinnamon Apples. Iced unsweetened tea too.
Dinner not planned yet.
..nighttime snack...ice cream in custard cup (small amount does it for me)
