I think you are right. I said a while back that IF Hillary had something damaging on the administration that they could not shake off....this would go away...but IF she didn't...she was toast.
It seems Hillary has no useful dirt on Obama....and thus she's going down to pave the way for Biden (Obama third term).
The reason: the servers contain secret details of all the Clinton's wealth, their holdings, their offshore numbered accounts, safe deposit boxes....and all the income from their lucrative arms deals, US uranium mines, gold mining, oil reserves, etc etc etc.
Obama feels shortchanged by the conniving Clintons. He was supposed to get a cut of everything......but he's been reading about deals he never knew existed.
